If you are looking for a humane way to trap/capture little critters that may be in your home or on your property, then this is perfect for you and your family. This will not harm the mouse/squirrel/chipmunk/shrew at all, they will just walk in to get the food/snack and then the steel door will secure behind them. You will have to take the trap with the rodent to an area which you choose to let them go; forest or wooded area is best.
